Goulash

(serves 6)

200g supreme soya chunks
600g diced beef cubes
2tsp garlic
200g beef flavoured gravy base
Spices to taste
2 chopped onions
200g cheese sauce
400g instant mash
400g broccoli (steamed)

Fry onions with garlic and spices, add beef cubes and fry until golden brown, then add soya and fry with ingredients, add flavoured gravy and cook for a further 20 minutes on simmer.
Serve with mash, broccoli and cheese sauce. Garnish
