1kg Malora Sponge Pudding Premix
500ml Water
120ml Oil
20ml Bicarbonate of Soda
120ml Happy Family Apricot Jam
Method:
Place sponge cake mix in mixing bowl. Dissolve Bicarbonate of
Soda in the water and add to the sponge mix together with the
other ingredients and mix.
Bake according to instructions of the box.
Syrup
500ml Water
250ml Cream
375ml Butter / Margarine
500ml White Sugar
15ml Vanilla Essence
Method:
Bring all ingredients to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over the pudding.
