1kg  Malora Sponge Pudding Premix
500ml  Water
120ml Oil
20ml    Bicarbonate of Soda
120ml  Happy Family Apricot Jam

Method:
Place sponge mix in mixing bowl.  Dissolve Bicarbonate of Soda in water,
add to sponge mix together with oil and jam. Bake according to instructions
on the box.

Syrup
500ml  Milk
500ml  Sugar
250ml  boiling water
195ml  Butter / Margarine
15ml    Vanilla or Caramel Essence

Method:
Mix all the ingredients until sugar is dissolved.  Pour over baked pudding.
